Hello! I am an artist, encourager, and creative hype girl for women in the messy middle of life.I believe creativity is a practice, not a performance. I want to show you that art journaling is a direct connection to joy! I desire to build an online community of other midlife, creative women to help them find their own creative endeavor through art journaling or other outlet.

I have a marketing undergrad degree and a master’s in community and economic development.After working 20 years in community college education I made a professional pivot to working as a physician recruiter. I have also been a professional photographer but stopped taking clients a few years ago to pursue other interests.

Other things that make my happy are clean sheets, coffee, puppy breath, avocados, puffy clouds, springtime, fall sunsets, and sleeping late. I enjoy sharing art content and self deprecating jokes on social media. I also love yoga, hiking, fun fashion, new art supplies, and can’t survive a day without my art journals.
